Within these pages we'll introduce you to:
- WHO we are ...
- WHAT we do ...
- HOW we can equip you with your own 'unfair advantage' to profits and business growth ...
- WHY you should speak to us before that off-track Project turns 'Mission Critical'
...and...
- WHEN you should engage us to act for you in the appraisal of that business which you wish to buy or sell ...
I.E.Broadbent & Associates is the proprietor level entity for ownership and management of the business interests of the family, colleagues, and partners of I.E.Broadbent.
The business has been flexing and growing since 1974 owning, directly or in partnership, a range of business interests primarily within the fields of Corporate Management and Engineering.
Some of our business interests are truly
niche-market operated by the group more in the style of 'paying hobbies'
(because they relate to areas of special interests) rather than any traditional profit-motivated businesses. Most however are Mainstream providing core business services and values to clients throughout the UK and beyond.
Whether large or small they each share the guiding principles of ethical management as defined by our Founder and Principal. They are:
- Honesty, of word and deed
- Integrity, in actions and intent
- Open and frank partnership working with our Clients
- Profitability derived from long-term Service Excellence rather than short-term 'Supply & Demand Economics'
We have developed a particular interest and range of skills associated with Company turnarounds (recovery). Consequently we are always pleased to speak with Principals who perhaps feel that their circumstances are such that they, and their business, could benefit from the input from an independent team. We have helped owners restructure many business over the years and we can generally always find areas for improvement that won't break the Bank.
We have also been known to take over struggling businesses in their entirety, freeing the current owner to concentrate on other areas and interests. If these latter descriptions ring a bell with you, then perhaps it's time to pick up the phone and call our Director for a confidential and no-obligation chat.
